St. Pius X School is dedicated to Christian Service. The students actively participate in a number of projects such as:
- Collecting clothing and shoes for families in need.
- Sending school books and supplies to children at home and abroad.
- Sending cards and gifts to nursing homes and shut-ins.
- Making Rosaries for others throughout the world.
- Earning money for charities such as the Ronald McDonald House, Muscular Dystrophy, St. Jude Children's Hospital, Cerebral Palsy Telethon, Catholic Charities, Farano House for children and Birthright of Ballston Spa.
